A guarantee is not a standard part of any RespOrg contract.  Worldlink Services Corp. will guarantee, in writing, to move all your Toll Free numbers FREE OF CHARGE to a RespOrg of your choice at any time during the first 90 days, if you are not pleased with our service or prices!

The bottom line for Worldlink Services Corp. is to ensure you are completely happy with our service, while you see your bottom line improve as a result of your wise decision to move your Toll Free numbers to Worldlink Services Corp.

As an independent and non-carrier organization, Worldlink Services Corp. performs services for you, our client.  We have no financial advantage by routing (or mapping) your Toll Free numbers one way as opposed to another.  Working on your behalf, Worldlink Services Corp. complies with your requirements - usually within an hour or two, not days!  We can be likened to a good insurance policy for your Toll Free numbers.

Carriers who function as a clients' RespOrg may be somewhat reluctant to move your numbers to another carrier for least cost routing purposes, because they make money when your numbers function on their network.  In addition, you should note that the carrier is also your competitor, and has full access to your customer database when it functions as your RespOrg!  When using Worldlink Services Corp., YOU own your toll free numbers, and YOU decide how you want your numbers handled.

If some catastrophic network failure occurs, we are one phone call away from you and you have no frustrating IVR to contend with.  Worldlink Services Corp. personnel are available 24/7 to respond to your needs.

A billing dispute with your carrier may affect the speed with which action is initiated on your requests. This is never the case with an independent RespOrg.
